The Bonner Modular Expansion project involved a 900m2 two-storey modular learning building, constructed off-site and delivered to the ACT for installation. This unique build required extensive collaboration to ensure seamless integration into the school site.

The building consisted of 23 separate modules which formed 4 Relocatable Learning Units, 2 external stair bays and 1 Relocatable Toilet Unit. Projex worked closely with the modular contractor and other project stakeholders to ensure that the objectives and expectations of the end-user were successfully met.

The modular building was constructed off-site in two separate locations located in Victoria & Queensland. Considerable planning was undertaken to manage the supply chain and ensure that the site was appropriately prepared to receive the modular units. The significant number of Modules (23 in total) required the logistics of the installation to be well planned out and transparent to all members of the team, helping to ensure a seamless transition from delivery to installation and final fit-out.
