Projex were engaged as the head contractor to undertake a new office Fitout for the Department of Veteran Affairs located at Level 1, 12 Furzer St, Phillip. The project was delivered on a lump sum basis, aiming to create a functional space capable of providing necessary support services for members of the Australian Defence Force, Federal Police, war veterans and their dependants.

Projex acquired an empty shell, ready to be adapted into a practical and efficient space, consisting of a feature reception lounge, family, consultation and quiet rooms, flexible meeting spaces and open work areas.

Projex also provided entirely new mechanical, fire, electrical, data & security systems to ensure full utilisation, specific to the operations of the end-users. The final design, finishes and feature lighting accommodated both staff and clients and helped create a comfortable and welcoming environment.
