The Burns Centre Entry & Foyer Upgrades
Projex Building Group were engaged for the lump sum delivery of the entry and foyer upgrades at The Burns Centre in Forrest.
The Project included new floor and wall finishes to the entry, lighting upgrades, and new flooring and feature joinery elements in the foyer.
The key challenges to this project were procurement and budget. Projex Building’s ability to apply alternate construction methods and find substitution materials resulted in a successful delivery, meeting the client’s objectives without compromising the architectural vision.
