Before joining Projex as a Director in 2010, John worked for a variety of construction companies in a range of roles. His experience as an A Class licenced builder includes everything from small to large-scale commercial and infrastructure works. Our reputation for delivering high quality service and project outcomes can be largely attributed to the way in which John oversees client objectives, project design, buildability and delivery.

Brad is a committed and accomplished manager with significant project delivery experience over a 16-year career in the industry. With an A Class Builders Licence, his experience, together with his collaborative approach and ability to build strong relationships, ensure exceptional outcomes for our clients.

Kieran is a Class A Licenced builder with more than 16 years’ experience in complex building projects in sensitive environments, including health, aged care, clubs, office accommodation, insurance works and heritage projects. Kieran is a strong leader who excels in stakeholder management. His clear, open and honest communication ensures a united team and efficient project delivery.

Mathew is an experienced Construction Manager with strong interpersonal, communication, management and technical skills. This allows Mat to confidently read and interpret plans, consider building standards, convey project goals clearly to tradespeople, engage with key stakeholders and deliver discussed outcomes.

Peter’s experience stretches from single custom residential homes, to townhouse developments, multi-unit residential complexes, & commercial fit-outs and refurbishments. His role includes business development and managing the office team, with a client focus that ensures optimal outcomes for every project he’s involved with. Driven by his leadership, our residential team continues to build a reputation as one of the most capable builders in the ACT.

Luke worked as a Tier 1 and mixed residential builder for close to 20 years. During this time he managed to build an impressive network of subcontractors across Canberra. His expertise in structure, fit-out and energy efficient construction, together with his great communication skills, make him integral to the development of our site staff and the timely and quality completion of projects.

Through his successful implementation of our FSC accredited WHSEQ Management system and continual involvement in staff development, he plays a crucial role in our mission to become an industry leader.
