Overview

The ACT Integrity Commission, located on Level 3 of 55 Wentworth Avenue, Kingston, is a new purpose-built facility meet its increasing needs. The state-of-the-art open plan office build included staff offices, utilities area, break-out space, dedicated services rooms, and a dual-purpose flexible hearing/boardroom, taking into consideration necessary acoustic treatments to the walls, ceilings, and the operable wall. Furthermore, the project required the detailed coordination of trades to manage security requirements and allow for new electronic access control, alarming, and physical treatments such as ballistic partitions and ballistic glazing.
