Overview

Projex was tasked by TSA Management and the Australian Medical Council to manage the renovation of 1700m2 of office space spread across two floors at 4 Marcus Clarke Street, Canberra.

Architects DJAS developed a vision that integrated new and existing curved walls. A large breakout space on Level 1 was designed to host people from both levels to network, meet, and relax. In addition, a new high-end communications room was constructed on Level 2 to meet the IT team’s needs. The joinery installed throughout the project meets the modern design standards seen in all high-level refurbishment across Australia.
