Overview

Projex was appointed as the Managing Contractor for the delivery of the Australian National Audit Office (ANAO) fit-out following a competitive tender process run by TSA Management. ANAO was relocating from their long-term residency at 19 National Circuit to a newly refurbished, 4,800 square metre office at 38 Sydney Avenue, Barton. The project included the construction of a new reception/waiting area, executive offices, a 30-person video conference room, kitchen breakout spaces, small and large meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, focus rooms, an ASIO accredited Zone 5 secure room, open plan training areas with six operable walls that could be accommodate a function centre, and open plan hot desk workstations to accommodate 370 staff members.
