Overview

The Chifley & Watson project involved a design & construct contract to develop two dual occupancies in Chifley & Watson. The contract included the demolition of existing dwellings at Chifley including removal of hazardous materials and the design and construction of 4 x 2-bedroom adaptable class C dwellings across both sites.
