PROJEX® Building

Overview

The Treasury engaged Projex to deliver the 2A & 2C Block and Stack refurbishment of their office under a lump sum agreement. The project included tearing down the current bathrooms and fit-out, removing 2500 square meters of asbestos vinyl tile and blackjack, and refurbishing the bathrooms. Projex also installed new office layouts, services, and finishes, modified and reinstalled existing partitions and screens, installed new workstations and furniture, and installed new kitchens. Projex successfully completed the project on time and with minimal disruption to the building’s occupants.
