Overview

Projex has been engaged by Housing ACT to build a new multi-unit development in the heart of Dickson, ACT. The complex will comprise 20 apartments across two 2-storey towers and 2 townhouses, all with shared basement parking and storage. The project involves the demolition of five discharged properties, protecting council-approved trees, relocating overhead powerlines to underground, and constructing the new units. These units will provide affordable housing for Canberrans in need.
