Overview

Projex were engaged to deliver the new Fairley Square Development located at 47 Rose St, Murrumbateman. The project involved the new construction of four separate buildings totalling 1109m2. The buildings were constructed as base build provisions for future tenant fitouts including a café, bakery, gym and the balance for professional services. With each future tenant in mind, Projex coordinated the design of each tenancy with consideration to future layouts, including internal provisional points for various services. This includes the design and installation of a new trade waste system for the bakery and café’s future commercial kitchen.
