Overview

Projex delivered the Griffith Townhouses project as a design and construct contract with Housing ACT.

This involved consolidating two single residential blocks and existing dwellings through a development application, demolition, and construction of four single story Adaptable Class C townhouses.

During the Building Approval phase, Projex modified the design to better align with the Housing ACT design brief while adhering to the Development Approval requirements.
