Overview

The Bellarine Townhouse redevelopment has revamped four existing dilapidated dwellings on oversized blocks, into a contemporary complex featuring ten two-storey townhouses with standalone garages and 2 single
storey units.

Designed by Philip Leeson Architects and constructed by Projex in partnership with Housing ACT in 2024, this innovative design showcases a dedication to enhancing housing accessibility and functionality. The 12 townhouses were carefully designed to meet Class C adaptable code requirements, ensuring they are well-equipped to cater to diverse needs.

As part of HACT’s commitment to social housing, the design of the development showcases a focus on ensuring the development blends in with the community to provide an aesthetic and low-maintenance product that compliments the streetscape.
