Overview

Projex was engaged by Microsoft as the Principal Contractor to complete the renovation of the second-floor office space at 6 National Circuit. The project was carried out under a lump sum method in a tight nine-week period. Projex started demolition work before the Christmas break, leaving only seven weeks to finish the high-end renovation with a strict deadline. The goal of the project was to expand the Microsoft tenancy from the Level 4 fit-out and create functional areas that would complement the Level 4 space. These areas included an open plan workstation area, private executive offices, various meeting rooms, quiet areas, breakout space, storage, and a kitchenette.
