PROJEX® Building

Overview

The Bonner Modular Expansion project included the off-site construction, delivery and installation of a a 900sqm two-storey modular learning building.

The structure was made up of 23 individual modules, which formed four Relocatable Learning Units, two external stair bays and a Relocatable Toilet Unit.

This unique build required extensive collaboration to ensure seamless integration into the school site. Projex worked closely with the modular contractor and other project stakeholders to ensure that the objectives and expectations of the client were successfully met.
