Overview

The O’Connor Housing project involved the design & construction of 4 x Class C Dwellings, on 2 Separate blocks. The contract involved the demolition of a single fibro home and the removal of hazardous materials.

Projex was provided with DA approved documentation at contract award. The contract also included the design and construction of 2 single-storey dwellings (2 bedrooms each), and 2 double-storey dwellings (4 bedrooms each). The design documentation was modified for the building approval and to ensure that the design aligned with the Housing ACT design brief, adaptability requirements, engineering, and coordination with services entities. All dwellings were built in accordance with Class C specifications.
