PROJEX® Building

Overview

Projex was contracted to upgrade the existing STEM facilities at St Mary MacKillop College in Wanniassa. The scope of work included fitting out and reconfiguring an existing STEM and textiles room, corridor, courtyard, staffroom, and two new open plan food technology rooms. With the need to have the classrooms operational before the end of the school holidays, the project required a high level of management to coordinate all trades and procure long lead times, such as the new distribution board, mechanical units, and fabricating all fourteen stainless steel cooking areas, before the start of the school year.
