Overview

Projex was entrusted with the design and construction of seven Class C Adaptable dwellings in Strathnairn for Housing ACT. The project entailed constructing five single-story 4/5 bedroom houses, and two three-bedroom double-story houses. The sites were new greenfield blocks, and all houses were designed to comply with the Ginninderry and Precinct codes for DA exemption.
