Overview

Projex was engaged on a Project Management agreement to oversee the Design and Construction of the Administration Building to the Centenary Hospital for Women and Children, located on campus at the Canberra Hospital.

The works included the design and construction of a 758sqm two-storey NCC class 5 building and a class 7b back-up generator room. The construction of the generator room required the relocation and rediversion of several critical services to allow the generator room to be built beneath the administration building’s fire stair.
