PROJEX® Building

Overview

Projex Building Group were awarded the contract to deliver Stage 3 following a competitive tender process. We were awarded the contract in November 2022 and commenced finalising the design, closing out Authority DA conditions and finalising the Building Approval. The basement construction commenced on site in January 2023 under an Early works Building Approval as a strategy to accelerate the program whilst the main works Building Approval documentation was finalised. The project was completed on time in June 2024.
