Overview

The Waverley Multi-Unit complex was built for Housing ACT and consisted of a two-story building with 12 apartments, an underground parking garage for 20 cars, a common area podium, three standalone townhouses, and a carport. Seven of the dwellings were designed and certified to Class C standards for those with accessibility needs.

The project was delivered using a design and construct model, with DA-approved preliminary designs provided by the client. Projex then further developed the design to obtain building approval, including structural design, modifications to the facades and party wall systems to support the structure, accessibility modifications, performance solutions, and detailed services design.
