Overview

Projex were appointed as the principal contractor to complete a new office fit-out for the Department of Veteran Affairs office at Level 1, 12 Furzer St, Phillip. The new office needed to be functional and provide necessary support services for members of the Australian Defence Force, Federal Police, war veterans and their dependants. Projex started with an empty shell and transformed it into a practical and efficient space with a feature reception lounge, family, consultation and quiet rooms, flexible meeting spaces, open work areas and entirely new mechanical, fire, electrical, data and security systems. The final design, finishes and feature lighting created a comfortable and welcoming environment for both staff and clients.
