Projex recently developed 12 premium-built industrial warehouses across two buildings in the new Endeavour Industry Park precinct in Hume. The individual units vary in size from 300m2 to 1200m2 and consist of high-clearance warehouse space with additional mezzanine areas, internal amenities, and allocated car parking. With industrial tenants at the forefront of planning, the complex was designed to create a cohesive and high-functioning collection of industrial users.

To promote a high-quality product a variety of premium finishes were used throughout the warehouses. This includes double-glazed tinted windows, precast tilt panels, Colorbond externals, stainless steel door accents, and honed block feature walls. Further appealing features include 3-phase power, large mezzanines, 5m high x 3.7m wide remote-controlled roller doors, optimal signage opportunities, and a fitted kitchenette and bathroom per unit.
