Overview

Projex was contracted under a Managing Contractor Agreement to design and construct a roof replacement project for the National Film and Sound Archive (NFSA). The project was the result of a competitive tender process run by TSA management. In January 2020, a hail event caused damage to a section of the NFSA roof, and the insurance company concluded that the roof, capping, flashings, and part of the HVAC plant had to be replaced.
