Overview

This project involved the design and construction of 30 houses for Defence Housing Australia (DHA) at Academy Close, Campbell ACT 2612. The project included a significant civil component (Construct only), requiring earth stripping, demolition of existing services, and trenching to accommodate new infrastructure, roads, gutters, and footpaths, all in compliance with Australian standards and relevant authority requirements.

Following the civil works, the 30 houses were constructed, based on a Design and Construct contract, involving the completion of the designs (DA approved previously by the client), acquiring the BA (Building Approval), construction of the 30 x houses and associated landscape works to meet all required Australian standards and specifications within NCC 2022 and NatHERS (7 Star Energy Rating).
