Overview

After a competitive tender process, Projex were engaged to deliver a 1,485m² office fit-out for the Australian Centre for International Agricultural Research (ACIAR), supporting the Commonwealth’s relocation from Bruce. The project delivered a modern, flexible, and collaborative workspace aligned with ACIAR’s long-term accommodation strategy. The scope encompassed building services upgrades, installation of an operable wall for adaptable meeting spaces, sit/stand workstations, custom joinery to key areas, integrated AV and booking systems, security systems, and furniture supply. This fit-out provides a people-focused environment that enhances collaboration, supports flexible work practices, and delivers enduring value.
