Overview

Projex were engaged under a D&C delivery model to construct an 11-townhouse development for a private developer on an RZ4 block in Braddon. The design included a shared basement level driveway for individual garage access, 3 storeys of living area above the basement all with direct street access, internal individual lifts, and high-end finishes throughout. The project required a detailed ECI phase to provide buildability input, risk mitigation, and to work through various value management strategies. The project involved various infrastructure upgrades for EVO, ICON & TCCS, management of DA amendments, and staged early works packages to facilitate the main works.
