PROJEX® Building

Overview

The Strathnairn Multi-Unit Project is a new development on new land in Strathnairn, West Belconnen, ACT. The Development comprises 17 Sole Occupancy Units; twelve 2-bedroom apartments and five townhouses, one with 2 bedrooms, and four with 3 bedrooms. Designed by OurArchitect and constructed by Projex Building in collaboration with Housing ACT in 2024, the project features a brick and fibre cement-clad façade, curtain wall glazed lobbies and wood-look feature battens.
