Overview

Projex were engaged by Colliers International on behalf of AMP Capital to complete the refurbishment of Level 3–6, 12 Moore Street for their incoming tenant, the Department of Education, Skills and Employment. This included the complete demolition and removal of the existing government fit-out and the installation of a new open plan office, including meeting rooms, SES offices, kitchenettes, utility areas, lockers, and workstation areas, spread over four floors and 3570sqm. All levels were completed simultaneously, with a staged handover. Levels 3 and 4 were handed over within 10 weeks of the site being taken over, Levels 5 and 6 following two weeks later. Careful planning and coordination of trades across all levels ensured both handover dates were met.
